Return Policy

Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required to return goods. Please email sales@omt.com to get an RMA number. Sometimes, there is a restocking fee if you are returning items for credit. We do cash refunds within 2 weeks.

Warranty Information

All products have warranty 1 year from the date of shipment. Extended warranties are also available.
